LISTEN — A short film made by and with nonspeaking autistic people

2 October 2021 | Advocacy

In February 2021 we contributed to LISTEN, a short film made by and with nonspeaking autistic people.

In February 2021, Zekwande Mathenjwa, Akha Khumalo, Bobby Shabangu and Tania Melnyczuk contributed to the making of this short film sponsored by CommunicatonFIRST. The film addresses the subject of representation. There’s also a free PDF toolkit available for download for anyone who would like to know more about nonspeaking autistic people or to run a workshop based on the film.
